Hi all!

Is this too much? I found LOTS of free events this week and included 50 (!!) in this Dublin Event Guide. Should I include less?

And on a different matter: I went out on Thursday evening and it hit me how the days got significantly shorter already, but then I realised that we are nearly in October…and my mother (over in Germany) told me that they expect to turn on the very heating soon. :-O And then I saw the Christmas Lebkuchen and other Christmas sweets in Lidl selling light hot cakes. So, YES, 2019 is firmly in its last quarter.

That also means that the free events shift from outdoors events to more indoor events. Not a big problem, all events are good. ;-) But it reduces the number of “headline” events. My plan was originally to send the weekly “Dublin Event Guide (for free Events)” only in the busier summer months and then to pause it again for a while and only send an issue when there is something big happening. BUT I could be talked into continuing it even in autumn and winter. ;-) So I am offering you this deal: For as long as you keep supporting the Dublin Event Guide in the way it is described in the next paragraph, I will continue sending you lots of free events. Is that a fair deal? :-)

This is how it works and it is super easy:
Just go to www.DublinEventGuide.com and click on the rectangular ad that is shown at the very top of the page! If you don’t see an ad there, please turn your Ad Blocker off and refresh the page and then do the clicking. ;-) If you click on the ad, I get between 5 and 30 cent. That is not much, but if enough people helped together, would do the job to cover the cost for sending the Dublin Event Guide. Thanks! Some people have asked me for the Dublin Event Guide PayPal link for direct donations and here it is: www.paypal.me/DublinEventGuide

And here are some of this weekend’s free events. All events are sorted by start time, but watch out for the few events that have a “++” in front of them, the are particularly recommended. ;-) ALL events in this list are free, but some require booking!
