Hi all!

One of the best events in Dublin is now less than two weeks away and if you don’t have it in your calendar, you should add it now: On 20 September the amazing Culture Night will be back. It is a Friday evening of Open Doors in cultural venues throughout Ireland. Admission is free and in addition to the normal access, many venues provide talks or music or other special events. Dublin is always buzzing at Culture Night and it is an event I wouldn’t miss. It starts at around 17:00 and runs until 22:00, in some venues even until 23:00. I will tell you more about it in next week’s Dublin Event Guide post, but for now make sure that you are around on Friday 20 September and have no other plans.

The weekly attempt to get enough funds to pay for the Dublin Event Guide cost unfortunately turned out to be much more of a “beg” than I would like or was hoping for. It will cost you not a cent to help me. But it will cost about 30 seconds of your time and it is really easy, but by helping you help that this weekly event listing will continue. If you don’t click on the link below, the Dublin Event Guide will definitely disappear in the near future.

This is how it works:
Just go to www.DublinEventGuide.com and click on the rectangular ad that is shown at the very top of the page! If you don’t see an ad there, please turn your Ad Blocker off and refresh the page and then do the clicking. ;-) It is just a few cents that I will get, but if enough people click on it – and it only takes a few seconds! -, it might do the job to cover the cost for sending the Dublin Event Guide. Thanks! Some people have asked me for the Dublin Event Guide PayPal link for direct donations and here it is: www.paypal.me/DublinEventGuide

And here are some of this weekend’s free events. All events are sorted by start time, but watch out for the few events that have a “++” in front of them, the are particularly recommended. ;-) ALL events in this list are free, but some require booking!
