The amazing weather from last weekend will not be back this weekend or at any stage during the coming week. We have to be patient! ;-) But it still might be quite nice. So enjoy the “Outdoor Summer” – that Dublin City is promoting heavily – as much as you can! |

Unfortunately there are no outdoor events yet, but seemingly the markets are back EVEN the one in People’s Park (Thanks to Rachel D for letting me know.) and MAYBE even the market in Marlay Park. Did Dun Laoghaire Rathdown finally inform people? Nope! :-O
In other good news, the Irish government will fund a range of outdoor events between July and September and an application process for these funds (Local Live Performance Programming Scheme) is under way. So with a bit of luck there will be lots of great events in many places. Access might be challenging though, if the events have to be organised like the recent FIRST post-lockdown concert in Iveagh Park.
