Internet connection down, customer emergency at work and a mountian of free events. Today I was challenged big time and thought I have to give up for the first time in 936 editions. I got it done, but am sooo late! Apologies!<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The year is changing pace with autumn taking over and Christmas announcing itself in the shops. So in a last rebellious act against the cooler temperatures, I have also decided to change pace for a little and will be away for two weekends.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Normally I plan my holidays around Dublin Event Guides, but this time this wasn’t possible and so the Dublin Event Guide has to be planned around my holidays.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

That means that there will not be a full Dublin Event Guide for the weekends of 18\u201319 and 25\u201326 October. It is even possible that there won’t be a Dublin Event Guide at all. Internet access will be very limited where I will be and even electricity is only available for a few hours every day. I\u2019ll try to put together a shorter version with weekend highlights, but I can\u2019t promise anything just yet. I\u2019ll post an update on the Dublin Event Guide Facebook page, so keep an eye there if you\u2019re wondering what\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

But even when I\u2019m away, Dublin won\u2019t stand still. The cultural heartbeat of the city keeps going with music, exhibitions, markets, talks and workshops. So if there\u2019s no guide in your inbox, I hope you\u2019ll still venture out and explore what\u2019s on. You might discover a new favourite spot or stumble upon an unexpected performance. That\u2019s the magic of this city.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
