How is your June going? This month is always a little extra special for me, because I sent the first “Dublin Event Guide (for Free Events)” in June. It actually was on 06 June 2007. That is now whopping 18 years ago! Mad how time flies! (Luckily I didn’t age a day since then. ;-) )<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Wait! 18 years? That means the Dublin Event Guide is joining adulthood now. Wow, you grew up quickly, my baby! ;-)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

A LOT has changed in these 18 years in Dublin’s event scene and at the same time a lot has remained the same. For me the focus is on the great fact that there are still well over 100-150 free events every week. (In the heydays, we often reached 200 free events per week, but after the pandemic years that number dropped a bit.)<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The most important two bits that I always mention to people are these: 1) Culture is available to everyone in Dublin, independent from your means, so nothing should hold you back. 2) Dublin is busy at all times and if you want to experience cultural events, you will be able to find things to do. Just check out the Dublin Event Guide and you will never be bored.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
