1) Today, Saturday 05 March, a protest will take place outside the GPO to condemn Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine. 2) Social Media (Facebook and Twitter) and other independent media outlets have now been blocked by Russia to stop their people from finding out what is really going on. If you have friends or family in Russia help them to get access to information about Ukraine.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3) Collections of items that will be shipped to Ukraine (or Poland) are bound to fail because they have a tendency to accumulate the wrong items and the logistic of getting it to the right people in need is just not there. So, don’t donate items, instead donate money to professional organisations who have the infrastructure to get the needed items and bring it to the right people. In Ireland the coming two weeks will be VERY busy! This week the International Women’s Day will take place on 08 March and there are LOTS of events taking place. The coming week is also Enterprise Week. And in the week after that, St. Patrick’s Day will happen.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\nThis is a yearly event for entrepreneurs and businesses of all levels. Over 7 days from 07-13 March the 31 Local Enterprise Offices in Ireland are organising talks, workshops and other events and nearly all of them are free. +++ The Treaty 1921: Records from the Archives – Exhibition<\/strong>
\nFrom 07 Dec to 27 March the Coach House in the gardens of Dublin Castle will be the home of a National Archives exhibition about “The Treaty 1921: Records from the Archives”. The Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921 is the centre piece of the exhibition. \nThe National Gallery is usually free anyway, but in current times you will have to book tickets to get access and you have to enter the building on the Merrion Street side.
